MORE THAN A DIGITAL PLATFORM
IVOIX™ is natively designed to function as an open marketplace where invoices / receivables can be traded. All platform users go through a KYC registration process, in which AML verification is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the “Funders”.
GRANDE Platform™ has been designed to trade very large invoices, which normally are not factored due to their large size.
While GRANDE PLATFORM™ retains the same main features of INVOIX™ , it has the capacity to parcelise large invoices into fractional tokens of customisable size, which are attractive to “Funders“. The fractional tokens are then traded to “Funders“.
CLIENT: FACTORING FIRMS AND BANKS
Factoring firms and banks can provide most of their factoring services to their customers through our white label digital platform.
Factoring firms and banks can provide most of their reverse factoring services to their customers through our white label digital platform.
CLIENT: SMALL, MEDIUM SIZED AND LARGE ENTERPRISES
Under certain circumstances, it may be convenient for an enterprise (DEBTOR) concerned with financing its supply chain line to establish its own funding platform to reduce relevant intermediary costs.
The DEBTOR can use the INVOIX™ digital platform as a white label platform. We will integrate the digital platform into the client’s IT system and develop the front and backend of the entire cloud platform system. As a white label product our client can add its own branding (enterprise logo etc.).
The white label digital platform of the client can be boosted by several service modules.
CLIENT: SMALL, MEDIUM-SIZED AND LARGE ENTERPRISES
In a long-term invoice factoring agreement, the Master Servicer (the factoring company, alias “Funder“) may ask the Seller to act contractually as a Sub-Servicer.
Under this circumstance, it can be economically and functionally convenient for the Seller to employ the INVOIX™ digital platform on a white label basis, and negotiate a better deal with the factoring company.
The operating costs of the INVOIX™ digital platform are much lower than the service fees required by the factoring firm.
The white label digital platform of the client can be boosted by several service modules.
CLIENT: MASTER SERVICER
In securitisation programmes, in which the issuance of commercial papers and notes is backed by the receivables of the Seller (e.g. ABCP programmes), a service company (e.g. a bank, a factoring firm, a company related to the Seller) will serve as a Master Servicer of the receivables under the service agreement.
In many instances, it can be economically and functionally convenient for the Master Servicer to employ the INVOIX™ digital platform on a white label basis.
The digital platform and its modules can be customised to comply with the Programme agreements.
